This June, Beautiful Gatherings is opening a private dining room at the Sonesta Hotel in Fair Lakes for families who want to celebrate life’s meaningful milestones — from honoring a graduate stepping into a new chapter to celebrating the fathers who anchor your family — without the work of hosting at home.
Have your food delivered from your favorite restaurant or licensed caterer to Sonesta. I’ll take care of the space, the styling, and the atmosphere. Just arrive and enjoy.
Most gatherings enjoy about two hours in the space — a calm, unhurried window that allows everyone to settle in, share a meal, and linger together. If your celebration needs additional time, I’m happy to explore extended options with you.

• Full tablescape styling featuring layered table linens, ceramic dinner and salad plates, polished silverware, stemmed wine glasses, and water goblets — all arranged to create a calm, welcoming table for your celebration
• Fresh floral arrangements and candlelight
• Food styling and table setup for the meal you provide
• Complete cleanup and teardown
• On‑site hosting to ensure everything feels smooth, warm, and cared for
