All food served at your gathering must come from a licensed, approved source, in accordance with venue and county guidelines. You may choose from:

• Restaurant‑prepared dishes — beautifully styled upon arrival
• Client‑selected licensed vendors — if you already have a favorite chef or caterer
We do not cook on‑site, but we style and present every dish with quiet elegance and intentional detail — ensuring your food feels as thoughtfully considered as the rest of your gathering.

1. Inquiry & Vision Call
We begin with a brief conversation to understand your celebration — the occasion, the feeling you want to create, and the venue you’ve chosen.
2. Styling Direction
You receive a refined styling direction with color palette, textures, florals, and the overall aesthetic for your gathering.
3. Venue Walkthrough
We review the space together (virtually or in person) to confirm layout, flow, and styling opportunities.
4. Curation & Preparation
All linens, decor, florals, and styling elements are gathered and prepared with intention.
5. On‑Site Styling
On the day of your gathering, we style the venue with quiet elegance so it’s guest‑ready when you arrive.
6. Our Food & Catering Coordination
You may select a licensed chef, caterer, or restaurant partner. We’ll coordinate timing and style the food beautifully upon arrival.
7. Teardown & Pack‑Out
After your celebration, we return to gently clear and pack out all styling elements — leaving the space as serene as we found it.
Venue costs are separate and vary by space. We partner with beautiful private rooms and intimate venues across Northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland — and we’d love to help you choose the setting that feels just right.
