Before the Gathering
It begins long before guests arrive.
We visit and assess the venue, develop the gathering concept, and thoughtfully design the atmosphere, tablescape, and guest experience.
We source and shop for linens, candles, florals, and styling pieces; prepare and launder linens; and create menus, food labels, welcome signs, and other stationery.
We coordinate printing and delivery, communicate with the restaurant or caterer, coordinate our assisting team, organize and pack the inventory, load the vehicle, and travel to the venue.
At the Gathering
Then we bring the vision to life.
We unload everything and prepare the room from the ground up.
Tables are styled, food is thoughtfully arranged, and drink and dessert stations are created. Florals and signage are placed, every detail is adjusted, and the room is carefully finished so that everything is guest-ready before anyone arrives.
After the Gathering
And when the last guest leaves, the work continues.
We clear and pack the space, load everything back into the vehicle, and return with the inventory.
Back at our workspace, dishes are washed, linens are laundered, and every styling piece is cleaned, organized, and stored—ready for the next beautiful gathering.
