Beautiful Gatherings offers a refined styling experience rooted in beauty, intention, and ease. Pricing reflects the level of detail and curation required to transform your venue into a warm, intimate, beautifully designed space — without the overwhelm of traditional event production.

How Pricing Works

Each offering begins with a base styling fee that reflects the design work, preparation, and on‑site setup required to create your gathering.

For the Connected Table, this base fee covers the full styling of a single, intimate table for up to 10 guests.

For the Connected Table: Multi‑Table Experience, a per‑table fee is added to extend the same cohesive styling across two or three identical tables.

For The Social Gathering, a per‑guest styling fee is added to account for the additional materials, tableware, florals, and design elements needed as your guest count grows.

This structure keeps pricing transparent, scalable, and aligned with the level of intention that goes into every gathering.

We do not cook on‑site, but we ensure every dish is presented with quiet elegance and intentional detail.

Do you bring the tableware?

Yes — I bring my curated tableware, flatware, glassware, napkins, linens, candles, and styling accents.

Do you style in homes?

Phase 1 focuses exclusively on styling rented venues. I style in private homes only for friends and family.

Do you provide food or catering?

No, but I can recommend trusted culinary partners or coordinate with your chosen caterer.

Do you provide rentals?

I curate decor and styling elements. Specialty rentals (chairs, linens, tableware) can be added as enhancements.

How far in advance should I book?

Most clients book 4–8 weeks in advance. Seasonal dates fill quickly.

Do you travel?

Yes — within Northern Virginia. Travel outside this area may include an additional fee.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A 50% retainer secures your date, with the remaining balance due one week before your gathering.
